Room, Temperature, and Breakfast were all superb. Other amenities looked great but we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy. Would love to eat in the restaurant and swim in the pool next time. Both looked very inviting.

Awesome full breakfast (hot bar, eggs, sausage, breads/pastries, cereal, yogurt, custom omelets, oatmeal bar, coffee/tea/juices). Room was comfortable with separate sitting room. High floor so I was away from street traffic. Evening reception with free drinks was great. Nice room with good beds, microwave and fridge. Quiet (most important for me!). I needed a fan, and they the maintenance person who brought it was very courteous. I forgot several toiletries and needed to ask the front desk, who were very accommodating and supplied them free. Easy access to shoreline walking trail and right in front of the trolley stop. About 0.5 mile (maybe less) to a small grocery store.

Originally booked for a conference for 6 nights. However due to the hurricane we had to evacuate so I only stayed one night. Upon my EARLY arrival, The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had to wait for hours in the lobby before checking in at their earliest availability and they gave me access to enjoy the breakfast which was really good. My room was clean. overall I felt safe. Location is convenient! Taste restaurant was good food and service.

First and foremost Rob was exceptional at the guest check in desk. He notified us on everything the hotel has to offer and what events they were having. Rob made everything comfortable and smooth with check in. we drove from Georgia on a 5 1/2 hour drive and he made sure we were able to check in early. Rob is the best

Location was great. Trolley stop right out front. Close to food and other attractions. Breakfast and happy hour included. Valet parking quick and convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure.

We were attending a hockey game at Amalie Arena, so the location was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and the hotel is pretty inside.

The Facility is very nice and location was by the water so we could look out our room window and see all the boats & yachts. The free breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful , very convenient and clean. The room was AMAZING. Breakfast was very good as well, loved the omelette bar !
